It wouldn't take much to install ladders down each platform to enhance the safety of this part of the course in the event someone was to injure themselves or if they just get too tired to continue.

Someone who suffers an injury would be stuck up there for quite some time - without the option to stop the course. When a couple of us asked for assistance - not much was offered -- just a cheat which didn't help much.

Overall our group did have fun - but I do think a few easy precautions would make this a safer and more enjoyable water. Hi Christina, Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience at our Park.

We value both the satisfaction and safety of our guests, and I'm sorry to hear that a guest-assistance situation that occurred during your visit impacted your enjoyment and raised concerns.

As you've noticed from visiting other WildPlay Parks, each Monkido Aerial Adventure course is different, and ours is known to be one of the more challenging, particularly toward the end.

You're not the first to find that our obstacles progressively take people outside their comfort zone, and that opportunity to push personal boundaries is one of the experiences we strive to deliver.

Since most people do encounter a definite challenge while navigating independently, we have risk management standards to help guests manage their experience.

There are opportunities to exit the course between each level if a guest feels it is time to do so. And while it may not be obvious, our Guides are trained and equipped to provide assisted descents from any area of the Element whenever needed.

In most cases, and under typical conditions, the requirement for guests to successfully complete a demonstration before starting the courses means that people are able to participate with some coaching from the ground by a Guide if they get stuck on a game, need a reminder about how to use equipment, or could use more instruction.

Often, as guests become more comfortable in the trees and with their equipment, they learn the practices that allow them to maneuver through the rest of the course.

Of course sometimes people will push too far or get tired unexpectedly, and that's when one of the Guides will help them decide where, when, and how to exit.

During your visit, we had a concern about a guest on our DragonFLY Zip Lines, which led to enacting an aspect of our emergency protocols and the calling of an ambulance.

We're happy to note that the guest was back to feeling fine once taking time to rest, eat, and hydrate. We do our best to advise guests about the physical, mental, and weather-related challenges they may encounter, and ways they may get ready for or manage during their visit - and I hope that your comments will also help people prepare.

Your feedback has helped us as well, and we have added an additional water station where guests most often require. I thank you for visiting our Park and hope that if you return to Kelowna or any other WildPlay location you will have the typical confidence-building experience we strive to deliver.

Had a great time at WildPlay. The course consists of four parts that get increasingly more difficult. Before getting started the staff provides a very thorough training to ensure that you stay safe.

Once you are ready, you are able to proceed at your own pace with guidance provided by guides monitoring your progress from below when needed. However, to complete the entire course you will need to be in good to very-good physical condition.

If you are a beginner, you can likely complete the first two sections maybe the third - but you can stop at any time.

Some of the sections also have alternatives, so you can choose between two options with varying difficulty.

Would definitely recommend and will go again the next time we are in Kelowna. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are great with kids.

We did the monkido buddy course and the ziplines. Everything is very safe so it was a great experience for Naike 10 and myself Dad We had a blast a will definately do this again Really enjoyed my time there.

Our two guides for the Dragonfly Zip Tour were fun and encouraged us to push our boundaries but only to the point we were comfortable.

The Swing was also a great experience, a bit scary at first but the operators were sure to explain the safety mechanisms in place to ensure we were comfortable and able to enjoy it.

The staff here were so much fun. Some of our kids were a bit shaky about the heights but the guides were excellent about calming their fears. I totally recommend this to other student groups or as a fun family activity.

The primal swing is not for the feint of heart but the professional personnel here made the experience feel totally safe and fun.

Our graduates had so much fun that we invited a couple of our tree guides to come paint balling with us afterwards.

Stu and Kyla were so much fun although Kyla was too good of a shot and got me good a couple of times We tried both the zip lines with our daughter and the kids course. She did not weigh enough to zip by herself so she zipped with a guide and had a great time.

Once they pass their safety check, the kids can do the kids course twice. Had a great time! The zips are a little tame for me but a good introduction to zipping for the whole family.

The primal scream looked interesting but too expensive for what I saw. The adult course looks really challenging, may go back to try that one later.

The only thing is the two safety carabiners really can hinder your movement as they don't slide along very well. They really got in the way a lot. The large group had an awesome time, so maybe it's more fun with more than two people.

I would still recommend it if you've never done a treetop adventure before. Wonderful experience. Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgable. We went on the ziplining.

It was amazing. For me, challenging. I wanted to chicken out after the first zip, but the guide encouraged me to continue and I am so glad that she gave me the confidence to go on.

The Monkido was Amazing! Our grandaughter 11 had the time of her life. Watched the bungee jumpers. I am definitely a chicken when it comes to that!! Staff are VERY good at ensuring that safety comes first.

Well I gotta say I have always wanted to bungee and I am glad I did. I can not tell a lie I was terrified standing up there but the fellow running the jump was really good.

Took me about a minute to gather the courage to finally jump It is a little pricey but it's something ya don't do everyday. Well worth it!! Our family 1 adult, 4 kids spend several hours here and the kids had a great time while mom craned her neck for photos.

What an amazing concept. Absolutely gorgeous facility, and the availability of the bungee and primal swing is what brought us here instead of the Victoria location.

Took advantage of both and can't wait to take them to other locations! This was our second WildPlay experience the first was Whistler.

We all had fun even though my 11 year old was lamenting that he has to wait until he's 12 to do the "black" level! This location isn't as "pretty" as the Whistler one, but still very nice.

The staff were friendly and encouraging as they watched from below. We'd return to do this again! I made it through the entire course, my arms were shaking, my heart was pounding, it was a work out to say the least.

I am so proud of myself for completing the course. What a fun day with my teen boys! I would go again in a heartbeat!
